111. Clare Maguire - Ain't Nobody
110. Ball Park Music - It's Nice To Be Alive
109. The Strokes - Under Cover of Darkness
108. Coldplay ft. Rihanna - Princess of China

104. Professor Green ft. Emeli Sande - Read All About It
103. Cage the Elephant - Around My Head
102. Warpaint - Warpaint
101. Adele - Rumour Has It
Some big hits have already found a place on the countdown and there is, of course, plenty more to come. Here are the next ten amazing tracks that we loved this year!
#100 - East Harlem
by Beirut
Another rose wilts in East Harlem,
And uptown downtown, a thousand miles between us.
Beirut's third LP, The Rip Tide, was chock full of deliciousness. 'East Harlem,' released as the album's first single, showed us that Zach Condon and his indie-loving friends hadn't lost a step and laid to rest all fears about whether or not the band could release something as good as The Flying Club Cup. They could, they did... that is all.
#99 - Cherry Red
by Ida Maria
I've been such a good girl living in a bad world,
Feels like I could use a gun.
#98 - 2 Hearts
by Digitalism
Can't spend another day with you,
Can't stand another day with you.
#97 - High Treason
by Washington
I want the best for you, so I made a test for you,
You passed it without knowing, so here I must be going.
Sweet, beautiful Megan Washington. Your ability to write captivating stories of love and loss leaves me in constant awe. 'High Treason' is, without a doubt, the single greatest collection of words you have bestowed unto us in your short career. Yes, it's not your best song (there's some more Washington to come!), but this is a phenomenal showcase for what you're capable of. More people need to go check out the Insomnia EP.
#96 - Get Used To It
by Ben Lee
When I was young and the fear was creeping in,
I would use it like a knife and now we're older...
#95 - Sun Of A Gun
by Oh Land
I want to change my orbit, don't care what you do now,
I want to live in darkness, don't want to be spun around.
Quirky female artists seem to be a dime a dozen these days... but who's complaining? Right now, there's so much amazing pop music coming from all corners of the world and in 2011, Denmark gave us Oh Land! Well, 'Sun Of A Gun' came out in 2010. I didn't hear it until this year! What of it?
#94 - Fireworks
by Wolfram ft. Hercules and Love Affair
My heart is full of fire... for you.
#93 - Titanium
by David Guetta ft. Sia
I'm bulletproof, nothing to lose,
Fire away, fire away...
You can't help having a bit of respect for David Guetta if he can get Sia to collaborate with him. You can't help but love Sia just a little bit more for taking a David Guetta song and making it into something equal parts fun and, um, what's the word I'm looking for... respectable? I've mentioned that already but yeah, let's go with respectable. Who's next, PJ Harvey? Bjork? I'm not really dissing Guetta for there's still one more of his tracks to make the 2011 countdown. I know, right?
#92 - Old Flame
by Kimbra
Old flame, it's always the old way,
When did it get so damned cold?
You're so seasonal...
'Old Flame' is just one of many songs from Kimbra's stunning debut, Vows, to earn a place on the countdown. If, like me, you're a fan of those little things called words that our favourite vocalists sing to us, you won't be able to stop yourself from falling head over heels in love with this song. As I debate what LP will take out Album of the Year in the 2011 Scene Awards it's tracks like 'Old Flame' that keep me gravitating towards Vows. What do you think?
#91 - Nightlight
by Little Dragon
One, two, you move your feet, your shoes,
Flying like an arrow in the room.
Ending with Little Dragon... always awesome. See you tomorrow for the next ten? Maybe. We'll see.
