We're back with ten more awesomely awesome songs from season 2 of everyone's favourite show, Glee! In part one of the countdown, we heard big hits like 'Teenage Dream,' 'Tik Tok' and 'Me Against the Music.' What awaits us in today's edition? We'll find out in just a minute. But first, here's some of Brittany's best quotes from the second year...


* People thought I went on vacation, but I really spent the summer lost in the sewers.

* Kurt: What are you going as for Halloween?
   Brittany: I'm going as a peanut allergy.

* Mr. Schue taught me the second half of the alphabet. I stopped after M and N. I thought they sounded too similar and got frustrated.

* Last year, I left my stocking up over Christmas vacation and an entire family of mice started living in it. Their Christmas gift to each other was rabies.

#20. Jar of Hearts (Rachel)

Oh yeah... the Prom slow-dance, complete with secret, longing stares from the couple that's meant to be together. How very Grey's Anatomy, Season 2 finale. Lea Michelle always delivers and 'Jar of Hearts' was one of her standout performances. One of many.

#19. Pretending/Light Up The World (Rachel/Finn and New Directions)

*Spoilers* 'Pretending' did a solid job of tying up Rachel and Finn's story arc for the season. The 'kiss of the century' was a nice moment, but the crowd's reaction was lame. They just sat there? Really? 'Light Up The World' got them on their feet and was a nice moment in the spotlight for Santana, Brittany and Artie. The only problem was, they weren't as good as the first batch of original songs that were performed at Regionals. Not even close. I guess that's what happens when you write the songs the day before a performance... at Nationals. Right.

#18. Sweet Transvestite (Mercedes)

There were a lot of tribute episodes this season. I'm not sure which was the best, but it's definitely between Fleetwood Mac and The Rocky Horror Picture Show (sorry Britney fans). Pissed with the lack of opportunity to sing lead, Mercedes took the role of Frank-N-Furter and owned it, leaving us quivering with antici... ... ... ... ... ... pation.

#17. Rolling In The Deep (Rachel and Jesse)

America's current number one single was a brilliant choice to reintroduce Jesse St James. 'Rolling In The Deep' sums up the relationship of these two singing sensations when last we saw them together in season one. You might remember Jesse breaking up with Rachel via egg? P.s. how great is it when the Audio/Visual club starts singing? Pretty great.

#16. As If We Never Said Goodbye (Kurt)

Another song that ends a long running story for the season. Kurt's exit from and return to McKinley wasn't always handled the best, but at least it ended the right way, with Kurt delivering his second best solo performance of the year. 

#15. Songbird (Santana)

After initially resenting the random decision to turn Santana Lebanese, I jumped on board with all the quality writing her character was given. Naya Rivera still gets to be the resident bitch, showcase her acting ability and deliver unto us that amazing voice on songs like 'Songbird.' It's just a shame she didn't show up on Fondue For Two so Brittany could tell her how she really feels. Team Brittana? Yes... yes I am.

#14. (I've Had) The Time of My Life/Valerie (Quinn/Sam/Santana and New Directions)

Sectionals was handled very nicely. It was time for Rachel and Finn to let some new blood take the lead and Sam, Quinn and Santana sang their little hearts out, while Mike Chang and Brittany showed us why they're the best dancers in the show. Even though we already knew they were the best dancers in the show. The introductory scene with Sam and Quinn that mirrored Rachel and Finn in the first season finale was a nice touch, but a waste of a scene considering they were broken up for no good reason. Dear writers, keep Quinn consistent next season.

#13. Ain't No Way (Mercedes)

One of those necessary reminders that Amber Riley is the best pure vocalist in the cast. She might not be able to match Lea Michelle in terms of emotion, but vocally... she's untouchable. "There's only one 'i' in diva, Rachel. And that 'i' is me." Indeed.

#12. Sing (New Directions and Sue Sylvester)

Sue Sylvester chose this song. Outstanding. I hadn't even heard the original, but chose to give it a go after hearing it on Glee. The Glee version is better.

#11. Go Your Own Way (Rachel)

I'm pretty sure that Lea Michelle's voice is proof that there is some kind of God. Listening to her belt out 'Go Your Own Way' should be the highlight of your day.
