Who Do You Think You Are - Caroline Bramley

Meet Caroline: She fights the power with Public Enemy and feels that boom-ba-doom-boom-bass with Nicki Minaj!

We now return to your regularly scheduled Wednesday programming! Yah, that's right, after a short absence...Who Do You Think You Are is back! You've already forgotten what it's all about, haven't you? Well, each week we'll be conducting a little interview with one of the hot pieces of A that like our Facebook page. You haven't been to the Facebook page? You should. It's awesome. Shameless plugging out of the way, each week we ask one of our readers some questions about music, they answer them and they're great reads. This week, Caroline Bramley answered some questions about favourite concert memories, music to drive to and more. Enjoy reading and don't forget... you could be next!

CAROLINE BRAMLEY

Q. What are you listening to at the moment?

Caroline: At the moment I'm listening mostly to Lady Gaga in anticipation of her concert. New Kids On The Block - reliving my teeny bopper youth and also loving Gym Class Heroes, Far East Movement and Labyrinth!

Q. If we were to pick up your iPod, what would be on the most played list?

Caroline: A selection of current top 20 I'm sorry to say! Plus some old school 80s/90s like Public Enemy and Digital Underground to keep me feeling young?!

Q. What is the best concert you've been to and/or what's your favourite concert memory?

Caroline: Best concert is like a mother picking a favourite child, but Kylie was definitely worth the wait!! She is mesmerizing (as are her talented dancers!!). I saw INXS many years ago and they were simply amazing! Michael Hutchence singing 'By My Side' was spine tingling!

Q. What's your favourite driving music?

Caroline: Live- Throwing Copper! It’s the only CD I've ever physically worn out!

Q. Do you remember the first album you bought and do you still like it?

Caroline: First tape! Was Bananarama! Still love it, although don't have a tape deck anymore!

Q. Any artists you'd be embarrassed to admit liking?

Caroline: Embarrassed to admit I love Nicki Minaj. I could blame that on my 10 year old daughter but anyone who knows me will tell you that's not true! Love Aqua too and they were great live!

Q. What songs make you instantly happy and are there any songs you play when you're feeling sad?

Caroline: I love music and lots of songs make me happy but Janet Jackson's 'Again' makes me cry every time as does Madonna's 'Till Death Do Us Part'. Actually the whole Like A Prayer album makes me pathetically emotional.

Q. If you could meet any artist, living or dead, who would you want to meet and why?

Caroline: I would love to meet Mika! He is so away with the fairies yet normal at the same time. I think he would be fun to hang out with!

A big thank you to Caroline for stopping by... sorry for putting 'Till Death Do Us Part up there. Hopefully you didn't watch it and you're not crying right now. That would be good.
