Apparently if you go to bed by 10:00pm, you're up really early. Anything before 9:00am on a Sunday is early for me. So I've just been sitting here, eating my breakfast and listening to Ingrid Michaelson's superb new album, Human Again. What did I have for breakfast? That's none of your business (cake!). Anyway, if you're a fan of Michaelson's work, you can expect the same charming melodies and snappy lyrics on Human Again that have made her previous albums a success. You can also expect to hear a slightly harder edge to some of her tracks ala Rachael Yamagata's Elephants/Teeth Sinking Into Heart. If you're not a fan of those lovely ladies... what's wrong with you? Jokes! But seriously, what's wrong with you? Learn to love Ingrid Michaelson with 'How We Love,' one of the great tracks from her latest album.
