Just kidding! Sorta... kinda... maybe. It be true, we struggled to get into The Memory Machine, but the boy Stone has a chance to win us over with his solo album. 'Broken Brights' is a chilled little number, perfect for some relax-ez-vous. Now all we need is something with a bit of excitement; a song that will distance itself from every other chilled out Angus & Julia Stone and Julia Stone track out there. If we don't get something a bit more up-tempo, I'll be left wondering why the two bothered to split up instead of focusing on a follow-up LP to the insanely successful, ARIA Award winning album, Down The Way. Look's like it's going to be 'wait-and-see' for his solo album, but for now, Angus Stone's 'Broken Brights' is a good listen.
